Prenatal Yoga

You will learn and practice yoga poses designed to help relieve back pain, increase hip flexibility, strengthen your legs and improve your overall balance and circulation. You will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques which will help ease your pregnancy, delivery and recovery. A relaxed, calm and secure Mom is more likely to deliver a relaxed and calm baby.

We offer a Prenatal class on Saturday mornings at 11:00AM but it does require pre-registration. If you will be attending class, please send Chris, our instructor, a text at 973.479.7934 by 6:00PM on Friday of each week you plan to attend.

Congratulations on baby!

Prenatal Yoga is a class specifically designed for expectant mothers. As "yoga" means "union", this is a wonderful time to experience that union with your baby. Yoga is a great way to prepare you for the birthing process as well as enjoy the company of other pregnant women.
